Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This is a Per-diem position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Complete Initial Assessments, Update Current Clients Profiles and Perform Aide Introductions.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to other nursing interventions
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records

Experience:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in [MA]
- Proven experience in Home Care if none we are more than happy to train.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
